Do I need to record all my calls?
No. Productive gives you the unique ability to have recording off, record only your side of the conversation, or record both parties (All of these options you can toggle through during your phone calls). Productive also gives you the freedom to set these settings for your CRM, Phone Contact, and Unknown caller groups. Even the ability to set these options on a per contact basis.
Do I need a new number for Productive Calls?
No. You can use Productive using your current mobile number. Nothing has to change. We will simply add enhanced smart features to your traditional cell phone calls. You can of course, route a secondary phone number through Productive to your phone as well, in the event you have a “vanity/business number” apart from your personal cellphone number.
